1. TREASURER’S REPORT/APPROVAL-

***M. Shuman (Treasurer)  - WISHLIST-

BOOSTER CLUB GRANTED OVER $12,000 DOLLARS WORTH OF WISHES FOR ATHLETICS.

Each team was give money to help assist in purchasing equipment need for their  future seasons.

1. UPDATES OF COMMITEES

A)     SPIRIT WEAR- NONE

B)      CONCESSIONS-

Park District Dance –Recital – Theater –June 8 & 9 (Friday and Saturday)

C)      WENDY’S NIGHT- $211.95 was made on first night.

1. INDIVIDUAL SPRING  SPORTS AWARD NIGHTS-

M.Mizwicki will inform the members of the awards nights.

V.            Booster Give Back- $20,700 dollars for the year

                                A) - Scholarship Update- Jacqueline Salgado -$1000 - Plaque for trophy case

                                B) Senior Night- Cost $5000

                                C) Record Board – is up in lobby -$2500

                                D) Coaches Grant- $12,200

1. REPAIRS-

Door to concessions need to be repaired. Door Jam is broken.

VI.          NEW BUSINESS

A)     - Hall of Fame – in conjunction with the Booster Club- July 21^st is for Hall of Fame at Renwood

                Cost =$100

B)       Boys Basketball- June 29^th is at Bittersweet Golf Course

                Cost = $100

C)      Scheduling of Concession Stand for the Fall Season-

M.Mizwicki will send fall schedules to Lyle and Kelly for scheduling for events.

                D)   Jim Knauff- Lyle will call Jim Knauff regarding Brats at Football Games in the Fall.

VII.         April 18^th – Freshman Orientation in Main Gym

-          Boosters will be present to try to encourage membership from incoming freshman

VIII.        New Business

A)     Need to print-Athletic Booster Club Membership Cards for 2012-2013

B)      Consider new event for the Athletic Booster Club Event for 2012-2013

C)      Middle Events- Mike will talk to the Magee add- Boosters will donate $250 dollars to Magee Wrestling due to the regional event. Boosters will donate $250 dollars to Magee Track due to conference event. (7-0)
