Rossville senior Brinsley Cooper had 29 kills on a .648 hitting percentage to lead Rossville past Taylor, 3-0 (25-13, 25-15, 25-8) on Monday night. Cooper also added seven digs, two blocks and an ace.
Emily Martin added nine kills and seven digs, Mattie McGill five kills, three aces and three digs, Carrie Fiddler four kills and two blocks, Michaela Miller 12 assists, Jenny Erdman seven digs, Danielle Memmer nine assists and seven digs, and Kacie McGill 16 assists.
The Hornets are now 11-2.
Rossville won the JV match, 2-0 (25-3, 25-5). Brittyn Oliver was 28-for-28 serving with nine aces and five assists, Danielle Memmer had 11 aces, three kills and one assist, and McKenna Hufford and Lauren Fife each had three kills. The team is now 5-3.
Frankfort 1-3 at Southmont invite
Frankfort went 1-3 in the Southmont Invitational on Saturday, playing North Montgomery, Crawfordsville and Lebanon. The Crawfordsville and Lebanon games came down to the final point in the last set of each game.
In the tourney, Laina Boggs had 19 kills, Jacenda Perry 16 kills and 14 digs, Taylor Dillingham 39 assists, 15 digs and five kills, and Mackenna Eldredge four kills and three aces.

Clinton Prairie 2, Sheridan 0
Clinton Prairie topped Sheridan, 2-0 (25-8, 27-25) Monday night.
7TH GRADE VOLLEYBALL
Anna Albaugh had three aces and Holly Loveless two to lead Clinton Prairie past Sheridan, 2-0 (25-19, 25-20) on Monday night.

Bulldogs run against Tri-Central
The Clinton Central girls raced against Tri-Central in a dual meet Monday night. CC’s Payten Kimmel won the race with a time of 15 minutes, 39 seconds. Baileigh Richie was fifth for the Bulldogs (17:08).
Tri-Central had no boys’ runners. For CC, Key Taulbee was first (12:18), Colton Crum second (12:41), Kaleb Boone third (14:56), Tallon Surber fourth (15:05), Kade Perlee fifth (18:07) and Jake Speitel sixth (19:45).
Buth Surber and Perlee took more than 90 seconds off their season-best times.
