IHSAA Physicals offered at RCHS

By Kenneth Hickman of Rensselaer Central High School/Middle SchoolThe Rensselaer Central Athletic Department has teamed up with Louck Family Medicine to offer Sports Physicals for the 2012-13 school year.
To make an appointment you must call the Athletic Department at 866-5175 ext. 220. You may leave a message with your name and number. We will schedule your appointment and call you back to confirm. You will need to bring $25.00 plus a physical form to your appointment. Pages 1 and 4 must be completed ahead of time.
Space will be limited per night. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Athletic Department as well.
