Gatorade announces Player of the Year awards per state

Gatorade has released their annual Players of the Year per state and there are a few Kentucky commits and guys with high interest that made the list.

Starting with the home state of KY, Nathan Dieudonne out of Trinity who did win the State Championship won the award for the Bluegrass and will attend Boston University this fall. The Arkansas player of the year was handed out to Archie Goodwin and the Tennessee award was given to Alex Poythress. Both Goodwin and Poythress are UK committs for the 2012 class.

A few other names you may know that are very interested in the Wildcats are Shabazz Muhammad who was the POY for Nevada, Jabari Parker(Illinois-2013) and Devonta Pollard(Mississippi). Congrats to all 51 selections!
