Results from first meet at Salisbury

On Tuesday, the Hallsville Cross Country teams traveled to Salisbury for our first meet of the season. The Salisbury coach likes to start the year off with a shorter course (3500m instead of the usual 5000m) and, with the high temperatures that day, the shorter course was a welcome adjustment.

The meet was a smaller meet between Hallsville, Salisbury, Cairo, and South Shelby in attendance. No team scores were kept and no medals were given out, but we were able to get a competition under our belts.
