Richmond 2nd in invitational

Richmond finished second at Thursday’s Muncie Central Invitational, shooting a team score of 393.

Erin Ingram led the Red Devils by shooting a 77, finishing third overall, while Haley Owens shot 88, Kayla Owens 105, Mackenzie Spurrier 123 and Shelby Helton 124.

Yorktown won with a team score of 312.

Winchester had just three girls present. Jill Morrison led the Falcons with 87 strokes, while Mackenzie Mehaffey shot 99. Kennedy Windlan of Yorktown shot 74 to earn medalist honors.

The Red Devils play in their fifth straight invitational Saturday at Greensburg.
